Colorful smoothie bowl packed with fruit, seeds, and fiber.

Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup mixed frozen berries
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup milk or almond milk
- Toppings: granola, chia seeds, sliced fruits
Method:
