Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait
Layered high-protein breakfast with berries, oats, and yogurt.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Method:
1. Add a layer of yogurt in a glass.
2. Add berries, oats, and chia seeds.
3. Repeat layers once more.
4. Drizzle honey and serve chilled.
