Scottish Oat Porridge with Apple and Cinnamon

Classic porridge breakfast with fruit and warm spices.

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup oats

- 1 cup milk or water

- 1 apple diced

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tsp flaxseed

Method:

1. Simmer oats with milk or water until creamy.

2. Add diced apple and cinnamon during last 2 minutes.

3. Pour into a bowl and top with flaxseed.

4. Serve warm.
