Wholegrain Pasta Primavera
Wholegrain pasta with seasonal vegetables and light seasoning.

Ingredients:
- 180g wholegrain pasta
- 1 courgette sliced
- 1 cup peas
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 1 cup spinach
- Olive oil, garlic, lemon zest
Method:
1. Cook pasta until al dente.
2. Saute vegetables with garlic in olive oil.
3. Toss cooked pasta with vegetables and spinach.
4. Finish with lemon zest and serve.
